Camp Robin Hood

for girls

Welcome to the Camp Robin Hood reunion

May 15–17, 2026

The year 2026 marks the 100th anniversary of Camp Robin Hood for Girls, founded by Catherine E. Ruland in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania, in 1926. In honor of this occasion and with the gracious cooperation of the camp property’s current owner, a reunion committee is planning a weekend-long reunion and celebration for campers from all eras of the camp’s operations, from Miss Ruland’s and Miss Drewry’s girls to Miss Duncan’s to the Gryniuks’. Highlights of the weekend will include a visit to Robin Hood on Saturday and Banquet Night that evening. Please join us in Chambersburg for reuniting with old friends, toasting our shared past, and experiencing the Magic Something once again.

Camp Robin Hood book

We are working hard to prepare a coffee-table book to be distributed to camp alumae.

Help us identify people

We have a lot of pictures and not enough names! We’d love to be able to identify
everyone in the photos, along with the year they were taken. Please help out—and
enjoy getting taken back a few summers—by going to the Gallery page linked to the right.

Want to drop us a line?

There will be lots of ways to lend a hand as the reunion draws near. For now, we need
help getting the word out! Please be in touch with your camp friends, tell them about the reunion, and send them our way! (Please don’t add them to the mailing list without their permission.)
